The eGift Cards are typically delivered within 24 hours of purchase. Once processed, the eGift Card details are sent directly to the recipient’s email address.
The recipient can use the eGift Card as soon as it arrives.
If the email hasn’t been received after 24 hours, ask the recipient to check their spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, please contact the Customer Service team for assistance.
